my engines got a knocking sound coming from the cylinder. i'd like to be able to tell whats wrong by myself, but im only 15 and lack the skill....so its off to the dealer to get fixed. i've got a feelin that the dealer is gonna take their good ol time rippin it down and checkin it out, then fixin what aint right, then reassembling...they get $50\hour:eek2: so im thinkin that if its gonna cost over $500\600 total that im gonna attempt to sell it so someone who dont know too much bout engines. I really dont wanna screw someone over, but i dont wanna put a ton of money into it and then sell it for the same price i could ask without the engine work
so what should i do? :confused: fix it? or sell it and buy a dirtbike and pocket the spare money?:confused:
