you should be just fine, thats not near high enough to be illegal. they have trucs with 16 inches of lift rolling around here, now i myself prefer my ride to be dropped ;)

im not sure if they care if its too tall but i know they dont want your head lights lower than something like 21 inches.

make sure you take some pics for us to see!! your also probably going to need a pretty big drop hitch if you tow any trailers too.

Well, you def. do not need 6 inches of lift to get 35's under it. All you'll need is a 3 inch body lift or a 4 inch suspension. With 6 inches, you can get 37's under it.

You'll be fine;) Ive seen trucks up on 44's with 20 inches of lift that are legal but I think they got a new bumper or moved the light:ermm:

it'll be fine.. I know quite a few guys with lifted trucks and they never have been bothered other then having mud flaps installed

Baley69- post some pic's of your truck! I'm getting a 95 F-350 here over summer and Im getting a level kit for the front end and then running 285/75/16's on it. It should be pretty sweet :D

no man it wont be too tall at all, my suburban has got a 7 inch lift with 35's and that is below the average height of what most people got round here.

You will be good Thats not to big of a lift. Check with the police about headlight's They cant be to high off the ground. And with any lift readjust your hi and low beams
I am getting ready to lift my 2000 F350 PSD crew cab long bed 4x4 8 inches with 38's and ill still be under the limit.

I got stopped about a month ago and come to find out i have a big rollin ticket. I got a ticket for goin 79 in a 55. then the cop gave me a warning for having a body lift, tinted windows, and dual exhaust. I have a 3'' body and 2" suspension and he told me to take the body lift off. Yeah it is different from state to state. So no matter what i am doin i have the possibility of gettin 3 tickets...lift, windows, duals:D

i don't know how the cops are there in olney but i know here in mt.carmel you'll probably get a ticket for that lift. My cousin has an older f-150 with six inch lift and he's always getting stopped because its to high, to loud, and not have fender flares because the tires stick out from the fenders to far.
