my friend patrics car won the whole grade i cam in second my frined nic 3rd but the ironic thing is that patricks cars name was the rice rocket (#1) and mine was named the Anti-Ricer(#2:uhoh: )

does yall's launcher launch both cars at the same time? or is it individual? like do you controle when ur car leaves the line and you go by that tree in the last pic or is there one button for both cars? the one we got at school shoots both cars at the same time. it sux pretty bad...:p

oh yea, and if you would have put skinny tires all the way around the you prob would have won. thats what i did on mine and the only car i lost to was my teachers. is owned everyones!

those things are sick i remember when i made mine it was black and had red spray going from the front down the sides i think i got 2nd or 3rd

how long does it take it to make it down the track. mine can make it down the track in less than 1/2 a second:eek2: . mine was also 2nd but it had something to do with the track. the left lane was faster than the right and thats why i lost. mine is silver with a black stripe goin' down it. but we call them Metric 500 Co2 cars i got some chrome wheels comin soon and a new paint job

i will get pics of all mine later. i used to take them to state competitions in HS. My school would win, or atleast place every year in the state comp. out out about 80, ours was the one to beat in many competitions.
we also get scored on teh appearance of our cars as well. the last year i did it i paited teh top and bottom of the car black, and taped off teh middle. took the tape off and used a light pine stain to stain the wood and clear coated the entire car. then i used pin stripping to make the lines blend a little better from the wood to the paint.

I've still got it.

Mine had the engine mounted jsut slightly higher.. with the body tube curving downward toward the front wheels. Inverted air foils in the front and rear (spoilers) to keep it on the ground. Mostly to just look cool.. lol.

Really really bad sketch.. but the basic concept of what I had.

i made cars like this my senior year there was a group of us that made a bunch of cars we had the top five cars. than we decided to try to make the slowest cars that was fun. haha but all i have to say is that the number 3 car is by far the best. RIP dale sure do miss that guy i miss doing stuff like that in school, now it is all hard school work haha.

LOL, We did these like two years ago, I beat every one in the school including the teacher. First off i built it to have as little drag as possible and then you use metal shavings on the axles, kind acts as a bearing and then i lubed them up as well. it's frik'n FAST and hanging on my wall.
