Synthetic To Regular

When an engines oil is switched over to synthetic oil can it be switched back? Ive heard you cant go back to a regular oil. Right now Im running Mobil 1 synthetic but was wondering if I can switch back.

It's not a problem. U will though be putting in oil that isn't as good as the Mobil 1.

I would suggest to keep on using the synthetic because I've also heard the rumor of going back to regular wouldn't be the best thing. The only thing I've heard about it is that it doesn't run the same!!! meaning it runs worse!! So its really up to you but I wouldn't switch back.

Switch back and forth as often as you like - it won't hurt a thing.

yeah, I don't see why it would hurt it still lubes the engine

Mobil 1 is compatible with standard motor oils, so switch back if you want. But why would you want to?

thats a good question. its not a whole oil going into it, might as well spend the money well. I should do that.
