I have a 2001 Honda recon with a k&n filter and dynojet jet kit with a #092 main jet. I want to add a supertrapp exhaust and open up my air intake and want to know if I can get away with just changing the main jet or do I have to change the pilot jet to? If you have similar mods what jet sizes are you running and at what elevation?

hey dude,
they recon is just like the 250 motor wise. i am running 112 jet with kn filter with wb e-series pipe 10 disc. yeah throw on that pipe and raise your jet up. no dont worry about the piolt. just the air screw and the main jet and needle.

King is right, just the main. I think 98-102 with the intake mod you mention. Check out HMF for your slip-on they have a utility line and are more popular than Supertrapp for the Recon.

Open up the snorkle (tank) end it's about the size of a quarter.

250EX: 3500 ft. 105 main, fuel screw out 2 & 3/4, UNI filter.
