Different Colored Plastics

I'm sure this has been asked many times but here goes...

A couple months ago I saw someone with purple plastics. Can you buy plastics that are colors other than red, yellow, green, etc? If so where should I look? Or is it painted?

Ive never seen purple. I bet they bought the clear plastics and painted them on the under side of the plastics.

what kind of quad was it on? if it was an yamaha it is quit possible it had purple plastic. They used to have purple banshees and blasters.

edit: maier does sell purple plastic for 400ex's, not sure what else.

i'm not sure what kind it was i just saw it ride past me going the opposite way....i think it may have been a blaster or warrior
