Last jetting question, lol.

K mods below, I removed my choke, I have a 165 main, 42 pilot, and a untouched needle position. At a idle the plug is grey, but after I ride it it gets black. Yes I'm being lazy but what would you guys do next? I'm thinking a step down on the main.

If your riding and its black, drop down a size on th main, and maby lean out the needle a notch, but do the main first. I'm not a jetting guy, but i think that will do it.

leave the needle in the factory position. your main is too big i think. what did yosh recommend for jetting? i would guess around a 158. that seems like a good jet for a curtis sparks x-6 without an air box lid.

Marcum's said to run a 165, so I think I'm going to try a 158 this weekend. Thanks!
