You prolly will have to make custom mounts and a custom fuel tank...

I do know that the Cdale seat is longer than the 400ex. If I am not mistaken it is by at least 1 1/2". That would make things kinda a pain. Also the biggest thing you need to think about is the ECU tray. With the 250r plastics and Fullbore it is not sealed at all like the Cdale plastics and the last thing you want to do is hit any kind of water with that unprotected. Best bet would be to stay with the Dale plastics.

how the gas tank is so big, i know with 250R plastic you do...i figured you would have to with 400ex plastic too

Well, if you have seen 250R plastics on it, and I've seen 400EX plastics on a 250R, I would venture to say it fits, but I'm not positive..

I dont think 400ex plastic will fit...the 250r plastic you have to buy a walsh aluminum gas tank conversion that cost like $500

Couldn't you just use a stock 400 or 250r gas tank :huh i bet it would work...i don't know about the whole sealed thing but you could prob relocate it maybe and seal it in something different. i know someone who has white 250r fenders on his c-dale he had his gastank made out of aluminum...he said it wasn't too cheap...but i bet with a little work a stock 400 or 250r tank would fit. i'm gonna have to start a quadshop soon i can customize anything

It costs actually a pretty penny to get the conversion from dale to 250r plastics..... in the long run.... u might as well buy the fullbore plastics and save yourself the stress and hassle... I looked into it.... and i heard about all the stuff u had to do... if i can find the convo i will post it on here but stick with dale plastics is my opinion!

you could prolly make it work with custom brackets and a little bit of luck
