today i was offered a trade : my 400ex for this kids black limted adition raptor. it has dg nerfs and a dg bumber. and my400ex has all the stuff ihave listed under my posts. i was wourdig should i do it? what is everyones opion.

id take the raptor...y wouldnt u want much more power, liquid cooled and reverse? plus the resale is much higher on raptors....

first year raptors sucked....every1 has a negative opinion on something that they have no idea about....

i need to know cuase i always tell my freinds to get a honda not a raptor and their always like why? and i dont know


Get the raptor, selll it, save up some more money, and buy the new yamaha 450!

thats the exact thing i was just saying....y say something sucks when u have absolutly no clue about it? their narrow and tall thats it...could be changed. first year raptors were bad cause of trannys...but i remember first year 400ex's, and first year z's. there is nothing wrong with a raptor. if i had the choice again i would take one any day over a 400ex.

I was talking to a guy at the track today..he had a gasgas. Well before he had a raptor and he said it was a piece!! he absolutily hated it!! Keep the EX!!

I agree with bansheeguy77..get the raptor..you have a faster machine,looks better, and all it takes is a wider axle and a few other mods to get rid of the tippy feeling...plus like he said you can always sell it for alot more than the ex would sell..hell now that the z,kfx and all the other fourwheelers are out the resale value of the ex is going down..do whatever you want but if i were you i would trade for the raptor unless its totally trashed and beat up

i say keep the EX ya you may have more power but with the money you will have to put into the raptor to make it handle just as good as an EX you could put that money into your EX to make a lot more powerful a good axle is what 400 bucks somehwere around there
