i recently bent my axcalibar axle, and i need to know if it will be strong as new when i get it back. according to their warranty, they will straighten bent axles and replace broken ones. do i really want a straightened axle???

and how long is the turnaround for these warranty repairs????

I have bent mine three times and they straighten it each time, takes about 2 weeks from the time it leaves till I get it back. I live in NC and it goes to AZ. Is it as strong as new? I doubt it, but it has only bent when I have hit something really hard with it.

Every time you bend them they get weeker at that point, like handlebars. After you bend it again, get an RPM and use the lsr as an extra.

They have a true lifetime warranty dont they? If so, just figure out a way to break it and get a new one. :D

I think they only straighten them when there bent less than a certain amount..

I'd make sure I bent mine enough to were they could not straighten it. I dont like the idea of taking a axle and straighting it out...there's no way it can be as strong as new. Just my $0.02.
