Have any of you ever ridden on a Lonestar Outlaw frame? It's uses the 250r geometry and a banshee motor. It seem to me to be the best of both worlds, how come I don't see more of them?

because you need alot of 250r parts, most people go and buy a whole 250r , sell the shee and work out the R its a much better ride

That's what I'm saying, you can have the power of the banshee, with the handling of a 250r. Why aren't more people doing this? What am I overlooking?

cuz the banshee doesn't have good power for racing. its all top end. its hard to do it right. thats why there aren't too many people with the frame cuz they would rather just race a quad with a better powerband, and the frame is too expensive for non racers.

Why do you say that? Am I just an idiot for considering it? What do you know that I don't, what aren't you telling me?

Not for sure on this one, but, I really believe that the 250R power curve is much more suitable for mx racing. The power band is more broad.

too much power is bad, i have raced a banshee, now i race my 400ex and ride the banshee when i want to go fast down the road
