the nerf color is nasty...... the heal guards look home made...... and the pegs are still made outa tin foil.LMAO

Damn thats ugly. I wouldnt even bother selling them. I would keep the stock heel gaurds, over those ones lol. The design is just plain stupid. I dont think you should release those. I will stick with my old nerfs:D

I kind of like them. I do think you should make the peg replacable though. Thats my only complaint about my current pair.

well i like that you made the hellgaurd and nerf all one peice. i am one of the guys that runs the hell gaurds and loves em. they are uglier than the 1st and 2nd gen. pro pegs but i would still buy em if i needed a set of nerfs.

Not too bad..... They need to extend the foot peg out more and angle it. That would have saved me 90 bucks from ordering aftermarket pegs.

geess you guys are hard. the angle of the pix wasnt the best. kinda makes it look weird. every one who has come into the shop seems to like them. as for the color of the nets thats just the pattern. you can get any color you want.

I didn't mean to sound mean. Look at my site...I run your guy's products, and like them alot. I just don't like them nerfs :scary:

Don't take this the wrong way, but i'm asuming that everyone that comes in your shop is on the West coast. Most MX and XC riders are on the east coast which I will also assume are the major buyers of nerfs. Which means you will probably get the best "general atv population" oppinion off of a forum like this :)

I say you guys do what most pros do...
Make the pegs WIDE and LONG. Heel Guards suck...They get filled up with mud, snow etc...making it difficult to ride. And, I think they look bad... Just a little insight from someone who has bought FOUR pairs of pro pegs...

I have Ac's standard ners and I like them. bumper too and its tough.
but those new nerfs.... ouch. its nice to have new ideas and showing it to potential buyers but you should have keep the same design. just improve the pegs.

I like how this new design has an extra row of netting, and those heelguards sure look tough, the ones i have now are startin to crack, its just somethin about it makes them look goofy

I hear ya muff, my heelgaurds cracked too. I guess trying to do a 80 foot step up and landing on them dont help. Thats how I cracked my and my foot almost went right through :confused2 I was thinking about getting them re-welded, but I like it better with out them.

ALL YOU GUYS ON HERE JUDGE THE PRODUCT PRETTY HARSHLY FOR NOT EVEN BEING ABLE TO SEE THE WHOLE ATV WITH THE NERFS ON THEM. I HAVE SEEN THESE NERFS! AND IF YOU HAVE THESE NERFS SIDE BY SIDE WITH ANY OTHER NERF BAR OUT THERE THE NEW AC PRO PEG WILL MAKE THE OTHER NERF LOOK LIKE A JOKE! THE ANGLE OF THE PIC THAT DESSERTRATT TOOK SUCKS. BUT I AM POSITIVE ONCE YOU GUYS SEE THESE NERFS ON AN ATV RIGHT NEXT TO YOURS AND YOUR RUNNING SOMETHING OTHER THAN AC PRO PEGS, YOU WILL REALIZE HOW IGNORANT YOU WERE FOR JUDGING A PRODUCT SOO HARSHLY BEFORE YOU HAVE ACTUALLY SEEN IT. THESE PEGS ARE ACTUALLY 2 1/4 INCH LONGER THAN OUR OTHER MODELS. THE NERFS ACTUALLY HAVE THE TRI BEND THAT EVERYBODY LOVES SO MUCH. Well for the New nerfs out. I and im sure alot of others are disapporinted in AC for not coming to the MX riders stand point in guard. If the Heel guards were removible id grab me a set as long as the price isnt going up any.

hey outlaw forgive ryan hes new to this posting thing. did you read the post i did in the other ac nerf thread? we will probably carry both. heaven knows we do too much custum stuff for the racers as it is. it kaos just before the nationals start with every one having to have there nerfs a speacil way.

Yes we do. I am buying my second pair of AC nerfs tommarrow second pair in 1 year. The teethe on them wear out insanely fast. If AC doesnt do something next time i get my Nerfs Im going with X-factor which come with a steel removible teethe. These retail for 269. But quad shop will hook exriders up im sure since they carry them

yes my only complaint is aluminum pegs but i only get to ride 2 times a month so they actually last a long time:confused2

Just some free feedback - I like the idea of adding heel guards but just don't like the way those ones look. Also you guys have to do something about the aluminum foot pegs. They wear too fast. I'm currently running Graydon nerfs & Roll pegs, both of which have taken lots of abuse and showing little to no wear. The downside is they cost a small fortune. I would much rather buy a set of your nerfs if the pegs were more durable.
Also, did I hear right - that you guys are no longer offering polished parts? That'd be a shame if its true...
Keep up the new product ideas...

I see a big difference quality wise between putting something on a bench polisher and just taking mother's to raw aluminum. Mother's is good for keeping an already polished part shiny but don't do jack to "never-polished" aluminum. It's cool, just given my thoughts...

i've found out that if you do a light sand with a high grit paper that is okay to be wet do a light sand with water and then get out your mothers (perferrably simi-chrome) and get down to polishing and it will come out sweet
i couldnt get mothers do this:p
