Which do you prefer. . .(cars and bikes)
1. ) American muscle:D
or the
2. )Rice burning import scene? :huh

I, personally, like the american made cars. Yet i love the jap bikes

The Asians are very technologically advanced, but they have got nothing on American muscle cars.

They should of stayed on the crotch rocket scene, where they succeed the greatest (besides the bullet trains)!

:D

Pure American Muscle here.

I hate rice. Especially the cars around here. I have not seen a decent lookin rice burner around here.

Ill take nothing less than a V8 with dual exhaust. :D

Stock auto 5.7l 350. :D

Got 175K on it but had no major engine trouble except the fuel pump which went out a few years ago. I just changed the oil and air filter so she is ready to go for a while.

Ive got duals straight from the converter and the SOB sounds nice. Id like to get a new front end put on it. A chrome "speed" grill, smooth chrome bumper, and new lights but total damage would be around $1500. :eek2: I just cant make myself do it b/c there isnt anything wrong with the front now. :p

I would do engine mods, but I dont race and it has alot of miles on it. I just got finished restoring the interior (headliner, dying carpet, floormats, stereo system, door lock buttons) and Im lookin for a 60/40 to replace my bench seat. :D

Good gosh, American muscle all the way. They come from the factory kick ***....why spend all your $ to pimp out a little half cylinder wanna be? Hell, I'd rather have a V-8 with a 3.5 inch exhaust than some weed wacker with a $50 bolt on Auto Zone muffler and a freaking wing that is on the wrong end of the car. Dang guys, you dudes just make yourselves look like azzes! Well, to each their own. Meanwhile suck my V-8 pipe baby!

They never made a 454 Yenko. Plus, the 427 that came in the Yenkos was more horsepower than a crate 454..

Man, I cannot express how GAY Imports are. Maybe not even Imports, ALL SPORT COMPACTS ARE SLOW. The worlds fastest Honda Civic does'nt even have a Honda Engine in it. I read it in Hot Rod. All Sport Compacts suck and they just annoy me.

There are guys around here with cavaliers and escorts that they dumped about a thousand dollars in just to the body and no engine work and think they got somethin bad. I can't wait till I get my license and take my firebird and burn those "Ricers"

Yea, the 427 was the trademark motor for Don Yenko. Unless you saw a Yenko "clone".. But I don't believe the Camaro ever came stock with the 454 anyways, but I may be wrong there.

A 454 was never put in a 69 camaro.Back then the 427 was the king.a 427 can be built into a 454 very easily.They are very similar.The 396,402,and 502 are similar.They also made a 348 and 409 big block.That was the early 60's though.They where mean motor's to.
