carb and gearing ?

ok i have a 1998 300ex. im putting fmf full exhaust, web all around cam, a hi comp. piston, and k&n filter. My current jetting is 122. what should i be runing with these added on? i also figured these will give me alot more low end. so i figured i might change the gearing to add a little to the top. what gearing should i run without sacraficing and low end.

will i have to adjust anything for the cam?

id say put a 14 tooth front on there to give you more top end, and if you still need more top drop some teeth in the back, like 2 or somethin
