Ok, wife and one son gone today, just me and the baby.... so I decide to work on the quad.

next thing I know.... stripped screw on the carb..... bad. Hacksaw it in half and get it out.

surely not good but it could have been worse, it could have been at your fav. riding spot early in the morning.
i hope things go better for ya. i know i hate those days.

Looks like a good excuse for a hi-comp piston, cam, maybe some port work and an FCR carb!:p :D


Days like that just suck.....treat yourself to something nice:)

man you think you got it bad. I'm still waiting on my carrier for my rear end because the stock carrier, bearings, axle and pivot bolt were all bent or broken so we took the rear end off my quad and put it on mine and I already tore up his carrier and bearings and what topped it all off is that it happened in a race on the last lap when I was in 3rd place and the jacked bearings caused the chain to stretch and the chain fell off in the race. I didn't get to race in the main and that is the 2nd time thats happened.


Also we ordered the carrier from meszero's motorsports and they lied to us twice on when it would be here and now they won't return phone calls, emails, ect and I still can't ride.:mad:

head off yo lowes and get u a set of easy outs (the help ALOT in situations like that). then on the way back stop by the honda show grab u new jet and to top it all off stop at the gas station and grab u a 6 pack! i know those days, had a few of them my self, and trust me the above helps!
