help bolt twisted off

i need some help i twisted off the bolt in the sub frame now there is no head{where the socket wrench would grip} how do i get it out , is there any sujestions what should i do. pleae help:(

Go to any hardware store and buy an EZ-Out.

save money... grind it off and go buy a new bolt

its just like a stick of metal in the hole though.
