help twisted bolt off

i need some help i twisted off the bolt in the sub frame now there is no head{where the socket wrench would grip} how do i get it out , is there any sujestions what should i do. pleae help:(

Get an EZout that will fit and read the directions on the back. Or you can drill it out and put a new bolt through with a nut.

use a vice grip , how do i do that?

if part of the threaded or any part of the stud is sticking out, get a "vice-grip", adjust it to the bolt and clamp it down(it will have to be clamped tight) then just unthread it

but you have to be able to clamp it on the some part of the bolt

itss just like a stick of metal in the hole though.:mad: :confused:

you could always weld the head back on if you have to, just don't weld it to the frame
