Kill Switch Install

ok, I wired everything in correctly....but my killswitch works backwards.....when the tether is attatched it wont start....when its disconnected my 400ex will run just fine....any thoughts??

try switching the way the wires of the killswitch are connected, they may be reversed.

It sounds like you have it wired into the positive side of the switch instead of the ground. I am pretty sure all we did was cut the black wire with the white stripe and splice it in there.

If you are still haveing trouble pm me and I will check.

the poweer wire from the switch is connected to the black wire with the YELLOW stripe.

yeah ive tried that, ive tried reversing the wires and i still have the same problem

I wired mine into the coil. So when the tether is pulled out, it grounds the coil so no spark. It works pretty good on mine.
