that happened to my 330 engine about a year ago. my oil filter got clogged up and i took a chunk out of my sleeve. sucks bad

just in case no one had notice there is a piece of the connecting rod that is still on the piston. I only ran with no drain plug for about two minutes before I notice. Next day I put in a new plug it was right tight!! and some more oil and it ran ok for about a month. Litle did I now that it had crack my sleeve ended up breaking. So if you have a 440 kit and it runs low on oil take it appart and fixe the sleeve or it can be very expensive. ( new connecting rod, new sleeve and new piston. )the piston was inside my base went I toke it apart and it also broke a small piece in my crank case. So I need one of those to.

But it all ok cause I have a 500 kit comming in any day now. I just hope it gets in fast. 50+ HP.

Does any body have the 500 kit is there anyting I have to worry about thanx.
