Neons& Strobes

How do yall hook up some neons and strobe lights? I am not very good with electraical stuff..Where do you put them at?(neons)

On your quad or car/truck??
On a quad put it under the gas tank thats what i did it looks sick in the dark the way it lights uo the front of the engine and a arms and tires :macho or if you have nerfs slap them under therebut make it so you can take them off easily for trail riding or raceing or w/e ya know??

I hooked up a strobe light to my brothers yamaha breeze under the take in that area and it looks awsome too because the way the plastics go around the engine its great :D
