+1 or +2

I have a 300ex and I am goin to race xc and mx. I was wandering if I should get +2 or +1 a-arms? Would the +2 be to wide for the xc? It is only a 300ex so +2 would be like stock 400 width.

I think plus 2's would be alright tradeoff for both.

id get plus +3's so ur really +1 on a 400ex and thats pretty much what they all run

I have a friend who has a 300ex and wants do same...He has mentioned buying 400ex arms and shocks and using them on his 300ex. he says he will get some width and improved travel and save some $$$$...maybe it will work for you!...Does anyone know if this will work? :confused:
