493 update

Looks like I was using an igntion box that was bad. I have 2 400s and I forgot that when I installed the wb box in my 440 that I swaped the stock box into my other 400 and that miss I could never figure out disapeared .....


Anyway I now have the dyna ignition installed in the 493 and it works great !!!

It will be about 2 weeks before I can make pismo ... I will report my results then ....

So there is notting wrong with the DNYA box? THats cool for you because thoughs things are not cheap.:cool: I want to get one!!

Shane, How's the 493 doing? Got it all dialed in? I received my motor yesterday, any suggestions would be appreciated.

Just do not let it idle for the first 15mins to let the cam break in ....

Then if you could ride it for about and hour then check the valves ....

That is all it should need ...

I groved my tires and changed my main jet
