How many seasons do most of you run your quads? This will be the second season and I will move on. I have never kept a quad longer than 2 years, Honda better hurry up and release..........JIM

I don't like keeping things too long. The longest I want too keep my 400ex is about 4 years... But I might not keep it that long, just depends... Just depends what condition etc that it is in and how it is acting :D

So what you think you would build Jim?

I'm on my 4th quad in 2 years so I subscribe to the 6 month plan. But, there's nothing being offered right now that's ripping the money out of my hand so the EX is staying in the garage. A hybrid is really calling my name but I'm trying to resist.

I'm honestly stuck trying to figure out what kind of hybrid to build--a CRF450 MX quad that I won't race or a XR600 based big-bore woods thumper that I'd actually use.

I've had mine for 3 years now. Its safe to say I will be keeping this quad till it falls apart. I'll probably buy a new one in a couple years though... :eek2:

I'm going on year and a 1/2 with my R. I want to be burried with it. No wait, I want to be creamated with it. Unless I actually die riding it then I want it to be given to some ususpecting person :huh Kind of like that Stephen king movie about the car.

2 years with lots of TLC (not Tracie you horndogs)XC racing is very tough on any machine.
