1/8 mile drag strip racers...

My friends dad jsut purchases Montgomery Drag Strip in Montomery, AL. I was wondering how many people race their quads in 1/8 mile. I know locals (Im from Lousiana) that have Banshees that run 4.2's, but it wouldn't have to be that fast, I would probably race my quad, and its not that fast...

Would anyone be interested in a quad class at the beggining of July?

It would be the first time the track has been open since February.

I run the 1/8 some too. I do have to say the 4.2 times you posted are more than likely times for 400 ft (maybe dirt track) Pro mod race cars with 700 hp hardly get in the high 4's in the 1/8 th. Local guy with 410 banshee only runs high 6's in 660 ft. My best time so far is 8.71-no nitrous and no wheelie bar. Check out www.atvdra.com for some good asphalt and dirt quads.
