400ex THUMB THROTTLE & CABLE

i need a thumb throttle and cable for a 400ex. i sent some guy $65 for the grips, endcaps, throttle, and cable but he never sent the stuff. so now im starting over and i still need that stuff. hopefully for $40 or less if someone can help me out. i have a twist to trade or just sell if anyone wants it. thanks,

i still have a thumb throttle 45 shipped "no cable", that other guy had one for 50 with a cable what happened with that one?
