300ex question

with my chain tensioner sometimes its so hard to move after awhile that it is almost imposible to move. the bolts are fully loosend and its not at the limit, there is still tonnes of room for adjustment, its just to hard to move. we have had this problem before and we thought we solved it but i guess not. has anyone else had this problem, if so how did you fix it?:confused:

grease it...take it out and grease the housing..
...seams like the grease would make the chain
come loose easier but i've never had a problem...
..while you in there, check your bearrings,
you don't have to take em' out, just make sure
they don't move the wrong way, or fall out.
