Do you guys understand it to have a different "arctic-cat" specific frame?? I don't think it does - but I have read that elsewhere??

I've seen this a long time ago in one of the Atv magazines.

The quad is just an uglier version of the lt-z/kfx400.

My first impression is that the cat has no apparent advantages over the competition. It will never reach the availability of the aftermarkets becaus of limited potential to sell qauntity.

So far, it looks as if yamaha has produced the best imported quad (stock) for the mx track.

on the mx track it is the force to be overcame...

Talked to a dealer today about them ad he said that has the same frame. The plastic is different from what he was told at the dealer show this week. they will not be out till Nov, the price will be thesame or close to the other 2.

Oh not again! I seen it back in dirtwheels too. Why don't these companies do their own r&d and come out with something original? It seems (for now until the fall dealer show) Yamaha is the only one with something of their own. This really shows that some people only buy a name. furthermore, Even the Z and YZF frames are loosely based on the R frame. I suppose there is no substitute for excellence. Like someone else said on here "Honda answered these Z's and copycats 17 years ago".
