how do i take this black peice off?now!

^, i am putting my new frame skid plate on my 300ex and i took off the plastic piece off under the motor, but there is another one in front of it, it is just cliped in in there, i got the front one out but the back two are meant to spread so that it can't come out, well, i won't need it on there anymore and it is hard to get off, any suggestions? i tried moving it around and pushing staight up but the clips are tough

when i had a 300ex i ended up having to break mine off or i cut it off or something i cant really remember

i just used good old force and pryed 'em off with a screwdriver
