Postin Pictures...help

well it says it all....i need ur guys help for postin Pictures.......from my Digi camcorder....which has...a digi camera built in to my MAC G4 Computer on to here........
How do i resize them...from the HUGE 1's......i dont see many of them on here...i just see the small 1s that tha kind i want!...so help me out guys.........and i got a lot of pictures to post if it works

sorry about that last post.........YES.....NATELHONDA thats the SIZE i want.....mine to be...so what size it that man.......right now all my pictures are @ the size.....1024-w 768 for H
so what size it that....to get it to look like that.....thanks alot!!:D :)

you can right click on the picture,click on properties and see what size it is.
