aftermarket 300ex shocks and 400ex a arms

i have 400ex stock a-arms make me an offer. heres a pic.

does it come with tie rods? and im short on funds all i have is 65, and im buying a 400ex carb for 65

but i think i could get alot more by the end of the week so if i dont end up getting the 400ex carb id say 70 for the a arms

70 no sorry. some one told me i should get a bare minimum of 120 yea it would come with the tie rods but i dont think it would come with the ball joints the hook up to the tie rods i just ordered my new a-arms today so i have to see what they come with.
