prolly a chainsaw would work best. its gotta be the funnest way!

chainsaw was my first thought but i decided to go with rico on the box cutter deal.you used the tape as a guidline right.thanks everyone

I've thought of doin that, but... I just can't start hackin at it, every time I go to cut it, I decide not to:grr:

jigsaw works great and then just sand it down.

i use electrical tape to guid, then cut with a pair of tin snips, then sand down till smooth, then go over it with a torch litley to blend it in

use a dry erase marker to make your lines and follow those.

To smooth out the roughness and bring the full color back, I used a small propane torch. Just run it in a back and forth motion over the edges a few times. Best way that I know how to do it.

i used a jigsaw then sanded it down til it was smooth

I use a Drehmel, then buff it down with a buffer for a drehmel, then propane torch . I didnt even use tape on the last two quads I cut,measured it up perfectly too......:D
