Finally finally got my 400. Likin' it a lot. Installed twist throttle, gettin better. Making friends jealous. Put on Yoshimura slip-on andK&N filter, ran like crap, wouldn't rev out. Pissed off.
Took a stab in the dark with jetting, took my time, it payed off.
Went with a Dynojet 146 main, Dynojet needle on 3rd clip, and a bit richer than reccomended with the mixture screw.
When i finally got it to idle smooth and gas thru it, it was awesome! It's doin tricks it never did before, warms up quicker and starts easier, has a great bark but not too obnoxious, and throttle response and torque is great. I must hold myself back from buying more acc's for a while, it's too addictive!
