how do you make a pic under ure name. Sorry to waste a thread no where else to put it

It is called an avatar.
Click on "user cp" in the header at the top of the screen
Click on "edit options"
Scroll down to the bottom, the avatar info should be there.

You need a picture the is 65x65 pixels or smaller.
You can either upload it from your computer to the site or link one from another site.
