Try prefocusing on the frame itself, not the tire or whatever behind it. Or use the macro (should be a little flower button)..

yea dude, there most likely cracks in the frame, i dont think the paint would crack without something pushing it behind it, especially on a stock frame. you know what i mean:ermm:

You need better pics to know if its a crack. I seen tons of frames do that, even mine. They are put under stress and the powder coating starts to flake....eventually it will crack in these areas...most likely at least. Now would be a good time to have it reinforced.

Gain some weight!

Actually, if you back off the spring to lower the bike, you will love it.
