i ordered riding gear and boots from them on the 1st of may... my c. card was billed on the third..... It is now the 16th of june and my gear is just shipped out!! I was given the run around for the longest time, being left on hold forever, dealing with a chick from customer service who told me my order was shipped out three diff times!!! I had to literally threaten them in order to get them to ship it!! I did however manage to get them to ship it next day air from california to Vermont!! Never again will i order so much as a t-shirt from them... Has anyone else had the same prob. from them??
