I flat tracked for a couple of years. It can be a good time. What do you have for a quad? I ran my 400ex, I used a adjustable dog bone to lower the rear down. In the front I used Dura Blue's front lowering kit. It was ok but I had better luck with my Elka's and adjusting the ride height with the spring adjusters. Get a sway bar, they are a must in flat track racing. I ran American Racer tires but Hoosier makes a good tire also.
Have fun and good luck. :D

well i already raced once before i took my quad apart. but i slicks on the back and still had knobbys on the front. its a hard slick track. so im in need of a tire like a hoosier but i dont wanna pay $100 a tire. yeah i wanna find me a used sway bar somewhere.

I have a home made sway bar that I used on my 400. I would be willing to let it go for $30. It is nothing fancy but it did the job for me. :D
