When I completely let off the gas, the exhaust makes a poping noise, a couple of times. Its jetting almost near perfect. Also, I wrapped the spot where my pipe and muffler meets with an exhaust repair kit. So there are NO leaks.

Now what else can it be?

if its still poping, then it is jetted "almost perfect":p Seriously though, you should try letting the mixture screw out 1/4 turn at a time till it stops popping. If you go more than 3 1/2 turns, you might need a larger pilot jet

I have went from the mixture screw almost all the way in and out (by 1/4 every time). Popping all the same, but I will go up on the pilot jet and see what that does. Thanks.

ur jetting is fine...my bike does that 2...its just the gas getting into the pipe and then it will ignite when the throttle is released making a pop or bang sound

A richer pilot will help the popping on decel.

i know sometimes if you don't have an air tight exhaust it will pop like that, so check where the head pipe and the silencer come together.

A deceleration pop is a sign of LEAN jetting in one of the circuits and yes this can be caused by a exhaust leak also.

If the larger pilot/slow jet doesnt work try raising the needle one notch, and feel the difference as well as check the plug etc.

BTW how are you sure its jetted correctly?

Please list your pipe, air intake mods and jets to get the most help.;) Thanks!
