GNC MX races

My son is racing the local tracks with his 300ex in the new 200 2stk/ 300 4stk class. What does it take for him to race at an actual GCNC race like loretta lynns comming up. I don't think you can just show up and race, are there area or regional qualifiers you must ride first. If so, do these area and regionals just qulaify you for that race or for the whole series. Just started and need some info on this. Thanks

no there isnt any qulifiers that is for the bike races but for quads you can just show up the only thing you need is what is required for ama whice is front and rear number plates teather switch and nerf bars but if ur going to lorrettes be ready for a long rough hot day that track gets pretty bad being that it is the weekend after the bikes and everything is ripped up
