I just ordered a WB E series slip on and need to know what jets to use. I would like to keep the airbox lid, I may drill a few holes in it if it makes a big difference. Does anyone have any idea where I should start? I think stock main is a 130.

The pipe should come with jetting recommenations. They might be on thier website too.
Have you been to http://z400central.com/ ?

Yes, I've posted this same topic at Z400Central, but it's gone down hill lately so I figured I'd post it here too. The WB website has no jetting info at all.

Bummer.....

I'd say go up 2-3 sizes from stock. The 400EX stock is 148 and most people with a similar set up, myself included, run a 152 or 155. The options for the 400EX are 148, 150, 152, 155, 158 etc.

Oh, yea...
The pipe should come with jetting specs, so i've heard. I bought mine used with the pipe and jetting already done.

with my hmf slip on..... i have that and the snorkle removed with the air lid on. i run a 160 main jet, and a shim under the needle.....

so for yours it should be the same ...... i would try the 155 and see how it goes , then jet it leaner or richer from there.

Me and my buddy put a 155 main in his Z. He has a K&N filter(air box lid ON) and a WB e-series slip on. If you run air box lid off I would put a 160 main jet in there.
