Harescramble, District 5, and MX series in West Virginia?

As I am new to racing can someone plesae tell me if there are harescrambles or an MX series in West Virginia?

Also, I see all this talk about District 5 races but I am unsure on the structure of District 5 (I know it includes PA and WV). Is District 5 an actual organized number of race tracks and race events that concludes with a District 5 champion at the end of the season. Please explain! :D

THERE IS A XC SERIES BASED OUT OF MORGANTOWN. IT IS THE PAUL KOONTZ SERIES. HE HAS ABOUT 20-25 RACES A YEAR AND HE ALSO HAS A FEW MX THAT HE DOES.
