Hey.. Anyone here into digital photography? I use an Olympus c-2100.. I have a few quick questions.. First off, I know that aperture is the amount of light that it let in the camera, but what exactly does the fStop mean? I try to keep it within 3.5 and 5.6, but what exactly does it mean? Second, my camera is only 2.1MPx at the highest resolution (1200x1600). Should I take the pictures at this resolution, then resize them to a more screen friendly 640x480 or 700x525 later on, or just take them right in 640x480 mode on the camera? And lastly, does anyone know of a good batch resizer, or how to batch resize in Photoshop 7? I tried using the Microsoft one located here (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=afa135c8-8b63-4c03-8986-d7f45a6aa1fa&displaylang=en) but it is a .DLL file that I have no clue what to do with. Thanks.

Batch photo resize Im assuming you mean "select all" "resize all" option? Dont know any programs that do that.

I used photo impression to resize. 640x480 is perfect for online viewing. I actually have to resize mine down to 550x390 or so to get them on here.

I would suggest taking the pics at the highest resolution your camera can do, then resize smaller... looks better that way. But, also they will take up more space on the memmory card and the pc, so take that into consideration also.

If you have XP, there is a free power tool that will do multiple pic resizes.

Thanks a ton p@iNn3ck.. I can take like 130 pics in high res, and about 265 in lower resolution, so I should be fine. I'm heading down to Southwick with the dirtbike, so I'll get some pics and see how they come out. Thanks again.
