parting out 300ex

My 98 300ex axle and bearings went south this summer . so I disasembled it to do a restoration. the frame has been profresionaly stripped and has several coates of acid etching primer. the motor is intact with less than 40 original hours and I am Planning on trading or selling it off on ebay and am not sure how too price the engine and frame plus other misc parts. Any ideas on how much you all think its worth.

What are asking for the rolling frame. A'm talking about the frame, A- arms, swingarm, spindles, brakes, hubs and shocks. Pretty much all but the motor and fenders.
