250x power?

I have a 91' 250x, the only preformance mods are a cobra exhaust. i am used to riding my neighbors 02' 400ex and want more power from my quad. I dont want to spend too much ( hopefully 250r next fall) but i want a little more from the bike. Any sugestions??

Get rid of that cobra exhaust because you get no performance from it. You will see a big gain from that. Then get any other full exhaust besides dg or cobra. Next drill some holes in your airbox lid and install a k&n airfilter with outerwear. Buy a 350x airboot and install that. You will see a very signifigant power increase with those mods.

after your done with all that go up one tooth a your front sprocket don't forget to rejet:D
