I had my heads resurfaced for my 440 and blew my gasket shortly after installing it again. well i found out what was causeing it. The alignment pins were bottoming out in there bores not letting the heads come together correctly because of the less material between them. just thought i would let everybody know that they might want to check this before there engines back together after resurfaceing there heads.
