This is Sprocket, I posted this pic of him back when I got him about three months ago. Well he somehow got poisoned and is now in the puppy hospital fighting for his life. So it would be great if all you dog lovers could add him to your prayers.

He is a Blue Heeler/Springer mix.

The vet says he is doing better but I probably wouldn't get him back for a week or so because they can't get his blood platelets to come up, so he is not out of the woods by far.

Hey I know how you feel. I think my dog is on a down hill slope. She is going to be 12 years old this year and we have the same birthday and she goes everywhere together. We had a camping trip on Memorial weekend and she went to get a drink of water out the creek and lost her footing and fell in face first and if I hadn't of been there she would have drowned. It scared the piss out of me. She has been a good dog and when she goes it is going to be hard. I came home yesterday from work and caught her in the middle of a cesure. But after that she acts just find and happy. I wish they lived as long as we do that is for sure.

I'm not a dog lover but I know how you feel my dog is get old last week mee and my dad went up the mountain and stoped at the snowmoble cabin (it beelongs to the snowmoblie club) and then wee when home a nudder way and my dog didn't come home with us so the next day wee went up and the dog is siting on the cabin porch! and to day he has a baD limp

My mom has two dogs that look the taco bell dog.(I am not even going to try and spell it)She has had one for 3 years and the other one we have had about 6 months.Since my dad has passed those two keep a good eye on the house and keep her good company.It will be very hard on her when one of them passes.
