it doesnt look like anyone has them yet...im pretty sure im gonna order a set with 6 ply claws for the woods....i have an mx set of claws but 18's are too low for the woods....i cracked my swing-arm the part that the skid mounts onto because of rocks.

are those the cast itp rims that look like car rims?
if so they are HEAVY. and being cast, they will crack, not bend.

all rims that are out there have been bent, even beadlock and race wheels, so why would these be so super strong?? ya say they wont crack? wheels bend, and these will crack. personally, id rather have a bent one than a shattered one. and these cast ones are H E A V Y. i know, i've picked up a set.

maybe I'm wrong (I'm sure someone will tell me) but didn't they say those rims were for show, not racing?

There is a sticker on the back of them that says "For Recreational use only - Not for Competition use"

I haven't done much riding with them yet, just around the yard. Going riding tomorrow night with them, they seemed to handle fine around the yard.

They aren't that heavy. Trail riding you probably won't notice the weight difference, but when racing lighter is ALWAYS better.

i have them, and i love them. they are very strong, but since they are cast, yes they will crack before they bend. but thats why it says right on them not for race use. they are by far stronger than any .190 rim for riding trails, the rocks around here kill those rims, these are untouchable. for racing though, i would much rather finish with a bent rim, than get a dnf with a broken rim.
