i thought i fixed the problem but i guess not, when i pin the throttle it will bog out especially in 2nd gear, wheelies are very hard, the thing doesnt have much power unless i fix this, it bogs out around 1/2 throttle to 3/4 throttle, yes i know its the needle most likely but i just fixed the thing 2 days ago

do you really think i would leave the choke on? besides i dont even have a choke
and yes 300ex's break, and the problem that happened i know isnt the same, i am way above you
yes 300ex's suck, i take no pride in owning one, i would much rather have a dirbike or a 250r

it sounds like you could also have water or an air bubble in the carb. My Yamaha RT100 used to do that. I would just floor it and run it out or drain the gas/bulb. Ive never had this happen to my 300 yet and sure as hell dont ant it to.
