They are the same thing, and as far I know you only use the +4 on the narrow front frame. Laeger makes a +4 for the banshee so I'm sure he does for the 250r. Call Baldwin for more info...

They make +4 for the R, and you dont have to have a narrow frame, but you MUST use 4+1 wheels with it on a stock frame. As far as I know they dont make it for a 400EX. You're lookin at around $2200 for the front end and $1000 or more for the shocks.

you can get them in plus 3s, but i think plus 4s will work it will just be a little wider than plus 3s you will def. want 4+1 rims if you go 4 out on a stock width frame

Are you talking 250R or 400EX?

The Laeger's 400EX long travel arms use stock spindles, etc. and includes arms & tie rods only.

The 250R Pro Trax front end includes, spindles, a-arms, tie rods and ends, and steering stem, and is 100% bind free. with no ball joint type object on the front end.

I think the EX ones are like $700.

Beerock might be able to cut you a bit of a deal.

if u put +4's on a regular width frame it would be wider than 50 inches even with +4+1 wheels and u would not be legal to race. +4's are only for the narrow frames. this setup does not turn as precise but it takes the rough stuff much better. +3's on a regular width frame with +4+1 wheels will give u a 50 inch width total, just as +4's on a narrow frame with +4+1 wheels will give u a total of 50 inches wide.

My friend runs a +3 Pro Trax on a stock width frame with 3+2 wheels, and just makes it through tech. Right now I am using +3's on a narrow frame with 3+2 wheels and I am only 47 inches wide, so I could use +4's and 3+2's and be 49"

Im looking into getting the Laeger long travel for my Z400. I am also really confused between the normal LT and the Pro trax and everything inbetween. All I know is there is about an $800 dollar difference. Is the Pro trax that much better then the normal LT arms?

Ya i understand that the pro trax uses the t-pin so the T-pin and the Pro trax are the same thing. its just that i have seen the Lt arms advertised for $799 and the cheapest I have seen the Pro trax is $1700. I have to decide if the pro trax is that much better where the cost would be justified.

well protrax for an r is more expensive cause u get new spidles brakelines steering stem hubs bearings and junk so it kinda pays for itself:devil:
