In the past, I don't think you could purchase the parts from Honda for fixing the play in the lower front shock mount but now you can. Anyhow, here are the parts numbers with pricing from servicehonda - add 30% if you want to know list prices:

51452-HN1-003 Bushing $2.04 ea - one per side
91351-HN1-003 Dust seal $1.68 ea - two per side
52486-KB7-003 Collar $5.97 ea - one per side

This is for fixing the upper mount if it has play:

52451-HA0-003 Upper bushing $4.94 ea - one per side

Process for installing:

1) remove shock
2) remove the lower collar (just slides right out)
3) remove the dust seals from the lower shock assembly
4) tap out the thin bushing using an appropriately sized socket. It comes out fairly easily.
5) lube the new thin bushing and tap it in place
6) install the dust seals
7) tap out the top bushing using an appropriately sized socket.
8) grease & tap in the new top bushing
9) Grease & install the collar in the bottom bushing
10) install the shock and torque the nuts.

I've discovered loose lower shock play being the cause of hearing a banging noise when landing from jumps and going over bumps. Without checking too closely, I thought it was the a-arms so I ordered and installed new ones only too realize there was still play and noise in the front wheel. $16.31 to replace all these parts on one shock seems like a steal to me but then again, I am used to paying Yamaha prices for Raptor parts. ;)
