ok i found a place to get new Axis dual rate non adjustable shocks for 740, should i buy them or just get some works? there goign to be for rec riding, a little xc and some mx when i get to the track on ocasions. what should i do? im just getting a rear shcok rebuild unless i get soem more cash for this winters project.

I would save another 100 to get Ekla, Pep, or TCS so you can have some adjustments.

I really like my Elka's, its nice being able to quickly adjust the firmness with a turn of the nob.

and this is a low budget operation, its a race bike on a budget (doesnt work to well sometimes)

You should be able to get compression adjustable Axis for about 100 more.
